How to pay the service fee

1. What is service fee?
Service fee refers to the operating and maintenance costs incurred by HashFrog to ensure stable operation of mining machines, including electricity costs, repair costs, maintenance costs, transportation costs, etc.

2. How many days of service fees are included when placing an order?
The cost of HashFrog's Cloud Mining products includes: Hashrate Fee + at least 10 days of Service Fee, and users need to manually pay the Service Fee afterwards, or use the automatic withholding function for service fee payment (you can also choose to pay the entire service fee for the full cycle when placing an order).

3. Why can the number of days for service fee payment be flexible?
Because the timing of service fee payment, payment currency, and market fluctuations will affect your overall cost, thereby affecting the overall revenue of your hashrate order
For example, when you want to accumulate coins, or when the price of the coin is low, the purchasing power of LTC is relatively weak at this time, so it is recommended to use USDT to pay the service fee and keep the mined LTC; when the price of the coin is high, the purchasing power of LTC is stronger, and you can use the mined LTC to pay the service fee. By using this method, you can not only earn the income brought by mining, but also earn the income brought by the rise in the price of the coin!

4. How to calculate the amount of service fee?

The number of days to be paid x the hashrate quantity of the order x the unit price of service fee.

5. How to pay the service fee
There are two payment methods:

① Use the automatic withholding function for service fee payment to pay the service fee automatically.
After turning on the automatic withholding function for service fee payment, when the service fee for the hashrate order is less than 3 days, the balance will be automatically used to deduct the service fee for 3 days.
After turning on the switch, the automatic withholding function for service fee payment will be enabled for all hashrate orders in the current selected cryptocurrency.

Note: Please ensure that the balance is sufficient to avoid withholding failure.

② Manually pay the service fee.
Select the hashrate order for which you want to pay the service fee, and pay the service fee manually.

Note: Failure to pay the service fee due to user personal reasons will result in the suspension of the user's hashrate order. The platform will not compensate for the hashrate fee or mining output lost during the suspension
